Access the world’s largest database of stem cell transplant outcomes, with data on more than 475,000 patients

Through our research partnership with the CIBMTR® (Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research) we provide world-renowned research support that drives practice- and industry-changing results, proven through the publication of more than 1,200 peer-reviewed publications and more than 220 currently active observational studies.

Our experts in clinical cellular therapy, immunobiology, bioinformatics and biostatistics leverage decades of experience in designing observational and prospective studies that provide meaningful insights into potential therapy outcomes, including:

  • Analysis of clinical outcomes data on more than 475,000 autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplants with longitudinal follow up of survivors, including:
    • Outcomes at 100 days, 6 months and annually post-transplant
    • Transplant-related survival, neutrophil and platelet engraftment, acute and chronic GVHD and relapse
    • Conditioning regiments, GVHD prophylaxis, immune reconstitution, chimerism, infection, organ function, subsequent HSCT or DCI, new malignancies and cause of death
  • Biostatistics support in observational research protocol development
  • Analysis of included and excluded populations to ensure accurate representation of study
  • Support for data file preparation, management and statistical analysis through the development of a cogent analysis of research data, and univariate and multivariate analysis of study endpoints
  • Manuscript preparation collaboration and review by research coordinators, statistical director and writing committee

CIBMTR research activity has resulted in more than 475,000 patient outcomes, 1,200 publications, 220 active studies
